PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The requested personal data are collected, kept, and processed for purposes of organization of the Sister Cities Day.

The controller of the personal data is the City of Brno – Brno City Municipality.

Personal data to this extent: name, family name – will be transferred to accommodation providers.

Personal data to this extent: name, family name, e-mail, city, organization/institution, position – will be transferred to the relevant guarantors referred to in the supporting information of the workshops.

Information on dietary requirements is not mandatory, will not be transferred to anyone, and will be used solely for purposes of catering provision.

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

Personal data will be kept in line with the Filing and Archiving Rules of Brno City Municipality for the period of 5 years.
